Happy 4th of July!I didn't venture out to see any fireworks this evening, but I did make the jello equivalent for lunch. Yum. The strawberry and the lime were definitely the outstanding flavors. The blue raspberry was the most artificial, and I don't recommend it unless you are purchasing it simply for the color (which was the case with my creation). I have eaten more gelatin in the last twelve hours than I have had in the last three years combined. My fingernails are going to be exceptionally healthy and strong this coming week.
